Africa's richest man Aliko Dangote has just commissioned his 3.0 million metric tonne per annum cement plant in Mgao Village, Mtwara, Tanzania.
Governor El-Rufai,Delemodu and a host of other local and foreign dignitaries witnessed the event.At the commissioning,Aliko Dangote announced his plans to build cement plants in 18 African countries, to include a factory in Nepal, Asia.
