Sure there is not much going on in this region, no big events, however somehow it gives so much of itself in water fun and beauty that it really doesn't need for much else. You can enjoy a day of swimming or perhaps try your hand at surfing. While the Sunshine Coast is filled with elaborate hotels and incredible beaches that you can find on the web it is always a little more difficult for those new to the region to find those little out of the way places that can provide such enjoyment for a vacationing family.
