The suspect, oA man in Delta State who was arrested on suspicion of armed robbery has gotten
himself into more trouble after he was caught indulging in a homosexual act while in prison.
The suspect, one Ovie Johnson had spent three days in the cell in Asaba when he was caught in a sexual affair with a fellow inmate.
Johnson was exposed when a police officer noticed some strange activities going on in the cell, Leadership reports.
He was reportedly removed from the cell, disciplined and thrown into solitary confinement.
